Here are a few turnarounds based on the character of Jack Wilson. I did three different sizes as i wanted to have options in case they didn't work out as well as i planned. this was also helpful in developing the setting and discovering that i wanted a quirky animation aimed at younger audience but one that any artist could relate too.

I also used quite a bold color palette for the character. This helped define his personality by showing his style and comfortableness in his situation.
